My yoga journey

Yoga is life. It goes so far past the physical practice. The philosophy can be woven through every aspect of our lives and that’s what makes this practice so deep and beautiful. Since 2002, I've been practicing yoga and in 2018, I became a 200 hour registered teacher through Forever Om. Through mind and body, yoga has been an incredibly rewarding journey for me and that’s what I hope to bring to my students. Out of the many ways to nurture your body and mind, yoga is one of the most effective. Don't take my word for it - Harvard did a study proving that experienced yogis have the ability to raise their body temperature through meditation alone! That’s how powerful the mind really is.
