My yoga journey

Since 2002, I've been practicing yoga and in 2018, I became a 200 hour registered teacher through Forever Om. Yoga has been an incredibly rewarding journey for me and bringing it to others is one of the best things ever. Out of the many ways to nurture your body and mind, yoga is one of the most effective. Don't take my word for it - Harvard did a study proving that experienced yogis have the ability to raise their body temperature through meditation alone. The mind is powerful! Whether you're looking for a slow flow or to break a sweat, are interested in a private one-on-one or hosting a group, I'd love to discuss setting up a session with you.
