I’m over the moon excited to announce my first yoga workshop!
Usually, you can find me teaching vinyasa classes and I love taking a challenging class that really makes me sweat. But! As we know, balance is very important. I fell in love with yoga nidra a couple years back as I was practicing it weekly at a local studio. I’ve always been a fan of meditation, but this is a big step past meditating.
Yoga nidra AKA yogic sleep actually moves you through different brain waves! This system, developed in the 1800s and scientifically proven, guides you into a state where you are halfway between consciousness and sleep. It’s truly incredible!
